Deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled by the captain due to unsafe weather
Yacht Social tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Girls Who Yacht
Standard gratuity of 10% is customary; 18% recommended for holiday bookings
All guests must comply with USCG safety requirements
